Registration
Griffin Memorial School Kindergarten & 1st Grade Registration for the school year 2012-2013 will be held on Tuesday, January 10th from 5:00-7:00 pm and Thursday, January 12th from 10:00 am-2:00 pm.
To register your child for Kindergarten, you must provide a recent physical, immunizations, a birth certificate and proof of residence. We will be unable to process your registration or consider requests for morning/afternoon sessions until all of those items are provided. If your child did NOT attend Kindergarten at GMS and you wish to register him/her for 1st grade, you must provide a physical, immunizations, birth certificate and proof of residence along with the packet below. All of these items are required before we can process your child's registration. If your child attended Kindergarten at GMS, you need to provide an updated physical and immunizations to complete registration.
Due to state guidelines your child cannot be registered without the required information listed above. Please be sure to bring this information at the time of registration.
