Easy Ways to Help Raise Money for GMS
How to raise money for GMS with your everyday purchases!

The following fundraisers are programs which allow us to raise money for the school at NO COST to you, the parents.  These funds are raised through purchases or activities you do every day!  Please take the time to familiarize yourself with these programs and try them out.  Before you know it, they will be a part of your everyday life.  These funds allow us to provide enrichment activities to GMS students throughout the school year.

Use  www.GoodSearch.com as your search engine and enter "Griffin Memorial School – PTO (Litchfield, NH)"  in the blank field under the header “Who do you Goodsearch for?”, and click verify.  Then, our school will earn $0.01 per search.

For those of you who shop online, access your favorite online retailers through the Goodshop portal and a percentage of your online purchases (0.5% to 37%) will be donated to GMS. 

Better yet, download the Goodsearch toolbar onto your desktop.  This way, you won’t miss a chance to raise money for GMS when you shop online. Since October 2009, we have already earned over $170!

Purchase SCRIP cards for your everyday purchases:  grocery stores, department stores, gas stations, restaurants, and more to earn money for GMS.  To learn more about this great program and register, go to www.shopwithscrip.com or contact our Fundraising Coordinator.

Clip UPC's from Campbell’s Soup Labels and send them in with your child at our school.   Check out www.labelsforeducation.com .  In the past, the label points were used to purchase playground equipment such as balls, jump ropes and hula hoops.  Other items available in the catalog are computer software, art supplies, cameras, DVD players, books, and games.

Clip Box Top Coupons from a variety of participating products such as Yoplait, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Scott, Kleenex, Hefty, etc.  Then send them in with your child.  You may use the collection sheets that are periodically sent home or put them in a sealed baggie with your child’s name on it.  Last year, we raised $2300 thanks to parents sending in their box tops!

Terracycle’s Drink Pouch Brigade.   Located at the front office and the cafeteria are special CapriSun trash cans.  The kids who have CapriSun drink pouches with their snacks and/or lunches throw them in these special trash cans.  We receive $0.02 for every empty CapriSun drink pouch we collect at school, and send to Terracycle.  Currently we are raising an average of $30 per month.  If you or your company wishes to join our brigade, please contact our fundraising coordinator.

 Collect Tyson Food labels and we earn $0.24 for each one!  Simply clip the following labels from the participating Tyson products and send them into school.
